Teen Community Connections (TCC)
Teen Community Connections (TCC) is an inclusive program for youth living with intellectual disabilities between the ages of 13 and 18. Program staff help support students to make friends, develop social and life skills and access the community.
TCC runs five days per week as an after-school program during the academic year, and as a full day camp for one week during Spring Break and weekly day camps throughout July and August. Teens can participate up to three days per week after-school from September to June, as well as join the Spring Break day camp and up to five weeks of camp during Summer Break.
